One Ateneo Law Sophomore student, Norlene Jae Andaya wrote a letter to the law school’s administration. The future lawyer talked about how their No Student Left Behind initiative is suddenly being sidelined.

Andaya talked about how they are still asked to proceed with online classes or submit via email despite the lack of access for some. She talked about doing online recitations and applying the same rules on absences when some classmates barely have proper internet connection.
She also hits them with the frequent request to appeal or be at the mercy of professors for “things they cannot control.” Andaya wrote, “They say beggars cannot be choosers, but I never thought humanity was something to beg for.”
