The Legal Education Board is still going to administer the Philippine Law Admission Test on April 7, 2019. The LEB will proceed as schedule given that the TRO does not cover their ability to conduct the test.

According to the memorandum, it was emphasized that the LEB just can no longer refuse admission to people who have no PhilSat eligibility. However, the LEB maintains that they are only conditionally admitted to the basic law courses.

LEB Chair Emerson Aquende listed all the requirements and conditions to be complied with to push for enrollment. As a final point, they give the prerogative to conditionally admit freshmen to the law schools.

Push PhilSat pero for what?
