Tinakbuhan! Nicko Falcis turns tables on Kris Aquino: She owes me P9M in commission
Kris Aquino’s former business manager has accused her of failing to pay him around P9 million in commissions amid the criminal cases he is facing.
In a statement, Falcis denied Aquino’s allegation that he charged P1.2 million worth personal expenses to the corporate credit card of her production company, Kris C. Aquino Productions (KCAP).
He said he did nothing but help the actress manage her digital career in the 18 months he worked as her business manager.
“In fact, I have not been paid about P9 million worth of commissions, something she conveniently left out while she has harangued me and my family on her claim that I stole P1.2 million using a credit card issued in my name,” Falcis said.
He added that there is no truth to the actress’ claim that he stole “hundreds of millions” from her children’s trust fund accounts.
“If that was true, then why did she only file a case for unauthorized credit card charges worth P1.2 million?” Falcis asked.
Aquino has filed 44 counts of qualified theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act against Falcis in seven cities in Metro Manila.
