Times change! Tony La Viña uses Enrile as Bill of Rights lecture example
Abogado Tony La Viña introduced the Philippine jurisprudence on the Bill of Rights to his UP Law BGC classes. The abogado noted that former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile is the perfect example to use.

La Viña noted that in 1974, Enrile is part of the case where he is the respondent defending Martial Law. Later on, the abogado contrasted it to his move as a petitioner who is invoking the bill of rights.
