Time for change: Ceazar Aquino cites law on why community pantries need permit
Lawyer and urban planner, Ceazar Aquino recently replied to former SC spokesperson, Ted Te on why community pantries are being asked for permits.
The abogado said that it’s the Solicitation Law that prevents people from simply “helping each other” as Te stated.
