Throwback: Oli Reyes remembers first experience with colored TV
UP Law Professor Oli Reyes remembered how he first saw a colored television. The abogado mentioned that he did not have immediate access despite growing up in a middle class Filipino family.
I didn’t actually have on-demand access to a color television set the first 17 years of my life; the first time I did, the screen was just 3 inches and the set weighed around 10 lbs. And I grew up middle class in NCR.

Reyes said that he only has seen it after 17 years of existence. The abogado said that it was only 3 inches but it weighed around 10 pounds. He also shared that nowadays only 1 set of black and white 4-inch TV is available on Carousell.
