The shade! UP Law alumnus posts tragic case of 7-year old boy, UP MBT
A UP Law alumnus decided to share an interesting case of a 7-year old boy. Atty. Paul Alcudia shared the story of a boy who wanted to be emancipated from the custody of his parents after experiencing abuse.

Alcudia said that the boy also refused to be transferred in the care of his aunt because she has beaten him worse before. Given his family’s history of family violence, the abogado said that the judge has let him pick who can have custody over him.
To everyone’s surprise, the child picked the UP Men’s Basketball team because they could not beat anything. This is in reference to their wild losing streak in the UAAP for many years now. The abogado noted that it was his friend who initially posted about the fake courtroom drama and just decided to share in the UP Law Alumni page.
Where’s the loyalty, Mr. Abogado?
