Shame! Emil Marañon shares photo of old PhilAm Theatre

Election lawyer Emil Marañon said that the PhilAm Theatre sees no chance of getting rehabilitated despite SMDC’s acquisition. The abogado said that there is barely anything left from the iconic PhilAm Life Theatre.

While SMDC promised back in 2012 that it will "redevelop" the iconic Philam Life Theater and even "vowed to preserve its cultural history," half of the theatre, including the main stage, has already been demolished as of now. Marañon noted that it was not redeveloped or preserved for its cultural heritage as promised. The abogado believes that in a few days, the whole thing will be gone.
