The National Union of Peoples’ Lawyers held an online protest for NUPL Secretary General AK Guillen. The abogado was violently stabbed in the head and shoulders by two assailants recently.

Present in the event is NUPL President Edre Olalia and other human rights lawyers. This include Sol Taule, Soc De Guzman, Rachel Pastores, and Danilo Balucos.

NUPL Vice President Rene Estopacio was present to narrate what transpired and how the incident happened to Guillen. He said that the men were masked and ran away using a motorcycle with his laptop and bag.
