Ryan Oliva says it’s everybody’s right to eat delicious healthy food
“Delicious and nutritious food, I say, is a human right,” Abogado Ryan Oliva wrote in his recent Facebook post.
This realization came after reading an article about an 80-year-old bakery in Tondo. The bakery known as Liberty Bakery has withstood the test of time by adapting to current trends and always offering new pastry options. One of its more recent ones is the sourdough bread. The name came from the ingredient natural raisin sourdough starter that helps make the dough rise. The dough is placed in a traditional banneton, creating shapes and patterns in the bread’s final surface. It is famous among customers because not only is it delicious, it also offers many health benefits.
