Ruben Carranza exposes Locsin for serving Duterte despite fighting Marcos dictatorship
ICTJ Senior Consultant Ruben Carranza is coming after Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Boy Locsin. The abogado said he confronted him for enabling a President like Rodrigo Duterte despite being one of the people who fought the Marcos Dictatorship.

Carranza called him obnoxious and stated that he only fought Marcos then to maintain his wealth. The abogado also emphasized that he does not really care about detained Senator Leila De Lima or the fight for justice for the poor.
