Rowena Guanzon remembers appointment as Cadiz Mayor
Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said that she owes much of her political career to former President Cory Aquino. After the People Power success, the abogado said that she was left to manage Cadiz City.

The abogado said that she was sent to lead Negros Occidental on May 2, 1986. Guanzon said that she dedicated her life to public service since then.
