Petitioners bares names of lawyers who will argue during oral arguments on ATL

The petitioners who challenged the constitutionality, in whole or in part, of the massively-controversial Anti-Terrorism Act of 2020 on Wednesday submitted before the Supreme Court the names of lawyers who will argue for them during the scheduled January 19 oral arguments.

The petitioners’ counsels agreed to cluster the issues in conformity with the SC advisory that lawyers, during the oral
Arguments, may present “each issue or group of issues. ”
