PAO finds multiple stab wounds in Glenn Chong’s aide
The Public Attorney’s Office on Tuesday disclosed that an autopsy on the remains of Richard Santillan, a former close-in aide of ex-Cong. Glenn Chong, found signs that he was tortured before his demise.
The findings was contrary to police’s claim that Santillan was killed in a legitimate shootout last December 10.
PAO forensic chief Dr. Erwin Efren disclosed that Santillan bore a total of 63 lacerations and wounds all over his body presumably presumably inflicted by the use of an icepick.
For her part, PAO chief Persida Acosta confirmed that Santillan’s wife sought her assistance in bringing to justice perpetrators behind the killing.
