Oli Reyes iffy about pinning blame to Subic BPO parties for COVID spread
UP Law Professor Oli Reyes wants to look at the bigger picture.
The abogado said that people should not be quick to blame the alleged gatherings and beach parties for the COVID spread in one Subic-based BPO.

Reyes said that these people just work for one outfit or company. The abogado speculated that the spread could have happened in the workplace where most health protocols are usually not being followed.
