President Rodrigo Duterte is not letting the convicts freed by the Good Conduct Time Allowance to just get away. The abogado is putting his foot down and gave these people 15 days to surrender.

Duterte wants all 1,700 freed by fired Bureau of Corrections Director Nicanor Faeldon to register back to prison. The abogado said that those who will refuse to surrender will be treated as a fugitive and will still be treated like a criminal.

The abogado said that this is just 15 days of freedom. He also emphasized that he is the only one who can decide on this.
