No is no! LEB reiterates denial of PALS resolution over PhilSat
The Legal Education Board is strictly complying with their previously announced guidelines on the Philippine Law School Admission Test. The abogados are standing firm in not letting any law student enroll without a PhilSat certification.

The LEB reiterated that it has since denied the Philippine Association of Law School’s resolution to allow for conditional enrollment. In a previous memo, it was stated that law schools who will continue to accept uncertified students will be penalized.
The abogado organization is willing to impose sanctions and even, closure to any law schools who will try to do otherwise. Under the LEB’s code, it is a gross violation of the law to admit aspiring abogados without PhilSat certification since they will not be recognized.
