Newly rehabilitated Malaybalay courthouse inaugurated

The newly rehabilitated courthouse of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon was recently inaugurated with Supreme Court Associate Justice Japar B. Dimaampao leading the ceremony.

In his message, Dimaampao stressed that courthouses are given meaning by the people who administer justice, saying, “Buildings, however magnificent, do not administer justice. People do.”

He reminded judges and court personnel that every litigant brings not only a case but also a story, family, livelihood or dream, stressing the impact of court decisions on people’s lives and public trust in the justice system.

Dimaampao later held a dialogue with Bukidnon judges and court personnel to discuss concerns affecting the delivery of judicial services and court operations.#
