Missing University of the Philippines College of Law Professor Ryan Oliva was seen in a Batangas resort according to the National Bureau of Investigator. Special Action Unit Head Emterio Dongallo reported the new update and hopes for the abogado’s safety.

Dongallo said that he understands the need to go far away sometimes but he wants to guarantee his friends and loved ones that he is okay. The abogado also stated that Oliva’s bag found in Mindoro contained his ATM cards.

Previously, the bag seen with Oliva was washed up in a seashore in Mindoro Occidental. Since the discovery, a taxi driver and a tricycle driver who both catered to Oliva gave their testimony on what transpired.
