MSU Law dean prompts PCC to investigate SM Cinemas
The Mindanao State University College of Law Dean Alizedney Ditucalan finds the policy of SM Cinemas equally outrageous. The abogado tapped the Philippine Competition Commission to look at the matter accordingly.

Ditucalan noted that the PCC might be interested to look at possible abuse of dominance committed by SM. The abogado shared that they can use their motu proprio power to investigate.

The abogado even went as far as tagging PCC Chair Arsenio Balisacan on the said tweet for an immediate response. Balisacan responded favorably and agreed to investigate accordingly.
