MSU Law dean probes deeper on PH competition law
The Mindanao State University College of Law Dean Alizedney Ditucalan wants to know more about the new Philippine Competiton Law. The abogado recently replied to the policy tweets of Arsenio Balisacan to ask questions on the reforms.
Is there an empirical proof showing the nexus of competition policy and inclusive or exclusive growth in developing economies? The lack of competition in DEs is characterized by so many factors: infrastructure, natural endowments, institutional aspect (like corruption), etc…. https://t.co/ZQyYJlTICu

Ditucalan asked if there is already empirical proof on the nexus of competition policy. The abogado wants data on whether it is an inclusive or exclusive growth for developing countries like the Philippines.
The abogado also stated that the lack of competition in developing economies is affected by several reasons. He listed, “infrastructure, natural endowments, institutional aspect (like corruption)” as the main factors affecting nations like us.
