It’s been a week since the President’s Consultative Committee approved the draft federal charter, but former solicitor general Florin Hilbay thinks it’s problematic that the public has yet to see a copy of the draft constitution.

For the abogado, the apparent secrecy over the new charter is a deliberate attempt to hide something from the public.

“What’s the strongest indicator that the Admin’s Charter Change is a sham? The Consultative Committee of the Pres. won’t even show the public a copy of the draft constitution, which they unanimously approved. They want change but don’t want people to see their work. That’s fraud,” he said.

Will the public read the final draft soon?
