The Office of the Court of Administrator on Wednesday came up with circular reminding all First and Second Level Courts, of among other matters, to strictly observe the prohibition on the use of cellular or smart phones while the court is in session.

Under OCA Circular No. 205-2019, lower courts are also enjoined to comply with the rules on session hours and hearing dates, including the reglementary or prescribed periods to resolve pending cases and incidents.
