LOOK: Lawyer Ryan Oliva last spotted on Sunday in Taguig
It’s been four days since abogado Ryan Oliva went missing, as reported by family members.
The chief of the Department of Tourism’s legislative liaison office and UP Law professor has not been found, but there’s a fresher sign of life obtained by the National Bureau of Investigation.
Oliva was spotted leaving the premises of an establishment in Taguig City on Sunday morning, a day after he was last reached by family and friends. In the short clip, he was seen wearing a mask, a backpack, a white shirt and shorts as he left the door.
