Supreme Court Associate Justice Marvic Leonen on Wednesday disclosed during the Legal Education Summit that he would propose changes in future bar examinations.

Leonen, the chairperson of the 2020 Bar examination, disclosed that he would suggest the “pass/fail system,” computerization of exam, and uploading of Bar exam questions from previous years to the SC website.

The “pass/fail” method, which is practised in the United States, means that the Bar exams would not be graded and no topnotchers would be feted.
