Dr. Raquel Fortun predicted what will happen to policeman, Jonel Nuezca who killed a mother and son in Paniqui, Tarlac.
The legal forensic pathologist doubts that it will move to bring justice.

Fortun claimed that court will most likely not even see the case. She said that Nuezca will probably suddenly die in custody after his recent surrender.
