Solano was found to have been the one who brought Horacio “Atio” Castillo III in the hospital. After his tell-all, the court cleared him of all perjury charges over the hazing case that led to Castillo’s death.
Castillo’s parents called it a perfect conviction after Solano was sentenced. They believe that this will pave the way for other accused member of the said fraternity.
