Jinx! Netizens blame Roque for UP’s ‘bad luck’

Former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque was spotted yesterday at the audience for the UAAP basketball championship match between the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila University.

But seems like netizens didn’t warmly receive Roque’s presence for UP, and blamed him for bringing “bad luck” to his alma mater that led to its loss.

“UP will be better and stronger next year! See you same time next yearl UP Fight! Bonfire pa rin!” Roque said after the match.

But netizens aren’t happy with Roque’s tweet. One netizen replied: “Much better kung ipang gatong ka sa bonfire!”
