Immigration offices alerted for possible ‘Bikoy’ flight

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Sunday ordered immigration offices in all airports and seaports in the country to be on the lookout for Peter Joemel Advincula Advincula alias ‘Bikoy’ as he was now considered a fugitive from justice.
