How ready are you? Nico Valderrama offers free Civil Law mock Bar exam

Lawyer Nico Valderrama shared a 20-item Civil Law mock exam for this year’s Bar takers who want to test how prepared they are for the three-day tests happening soon.

Valderrama posted the link to the four-part mock exam on his Facebook and X accounts, saying examinees may take each part anytime and at their own pace.

The four parts cover Persons and Family Relations; Property and Land Titles and Deeds; Conflict of Laws, Succession and Quasi-Contracts; and Torts and Damages, Obligations and Contracts, and Special Contracts.

“The mock exam is designed not only to test what you know, but also to help you identify the rules, distinctions, and common traps that may matter in the actual Bar,” he said.

He advised them to try answering the questions first without looking up the law, treating them as a real exam and completing them under pressure.

He said he would post the suggested answers soon.
