Hone issue-spotting skills to answer questions properly, Aimee Venteroso advises Bar takers

Lawyer Aimee Venteroso advised Bar takers to exercise their issue-spotting skills to prepare for the second and third day of the exams.

In a post on X, Venteroso said this will help them answer questions properly.

This requires a solid grasp of the broader material and how the subjects relate to each other, she said.

“Further, a good issue spotting skill requires mastery of the topics in the syllabus and how they are interrelated, within each and across bar subjects,” she said.

She also urged them to eat well and rest so that they would be ready for day 2 and 3 on September 9 and 13.
