Gideon Peña throws shade at lack of travel ban in PH
Abogado Gideon Peña cannot help but express his anger in a subtle manner. The abogado referenced the Constitution by using the administration’s term of “sheet of toilet paper.”
That ‘sheet of toiler paper’ called Constitution provides:
“Art. III, Sec. 6. … Neither shall the right to travel be impaired EXCEPT in the interest of national security, public safety, or PUBLIC HEALTH, as may be provided by law.”

Peña said that right to travel can be suspended to protect the country. The abogado seems to be implying that it can be implemented to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and in the interest of public health.
Hello, gising na!
