Lawyer Francis Acero said his driver’s license that was stolen last year was found in a vacant lot in Bulacan and has since been posted online by the construction worker who found it.

Acero advised the public not to honor the use of that license as identification.

He also warned against using it in transactions.

“Any attempt to use that in any transaction will be prosecuted,” he said in a Facebook post.

He said his license was stolen along with his wallet last year. He was able to recover the wallet, but not his license.
