Faker! Suspended lawyer spreads false news about VP Robredo’s Ifugao ikat
Suspended lawyer, Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles is once again in hot waters after criticizing Vice President Leni Robredo wrongfully. The abogada allegedly insinuated that VP Robredo wore a “death blanket” as a skirt during one of her public engagements.

As a netizen pointed out, an anthropologist already clarified that this is not the case. Expert, Stephen Acabado noted that it was an “Ifugao Ikat” with a lizard design that is a dominant symbol in most Southeast Asian countries.
The abogada was slammed for being ignorant of her own cultural heritage. He wrote, “maybe it’s just simple stupidity factored by racist tendencies.”
