Fair play! SC grants Jose Calida ‘due course’ in Trillanes security agency probe
It seems like Solicitor General Jose Calida is not done causing a ruckus in Senator Antonio Trillanes’ life. The abogado was recently granted by the Supreme Court “due course” against Trillanes’ on-going Senate probe on his security agencies.

The abogado’s and Trillanes’ parties must submit memoranda before the court over the said issue. They are required to state the case, facts and issues before they can both lay out their arguments.
The abogado and Trillanes will also be given the chance to propose the judgment they wish to seek over the said issue. Statutes and other documents or cases of authority should also be listed for the burden of proof.
