Lawyer and former lawmaker Migs Nograles celebrated the nominations that her firm, Nograles Ilagan Cayco Lizada Dabi Law (NICLD), received for four categories in the Asian Legal Business Philippine Law Awards.
The firm is shortlisted for Rising Law Firm of the Year and Matrimonial and Family Law Firm of the Year.
Nograles herself is nominated for Young Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm) and Woman Lawyer of the Year.
“Whether we win or not, it’s enough to be proudly representing Davao on the national stage. Daghang salamat!” she said in a Facebook post.
The nominations came five years since the firm was founded in Davao City. It has offices in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The Philippine Law Awards recognize private practitioners and in-house counsel in the country who have shown exceptional performance, leadership, and dedication to the highest standards of legal practice.
The awards ceremony will be held on September 24, 2026.
