Bawal gaya-gaya! Roque says Locsin can’t copy Duterte’s foul mouth in public
Even cursing foreign officials is now the exclusive power of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Presidential Spokesperson and abogado Harry Roque told off Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddyboy Locsin for his angry outburst on Twitter, where he cursed China to death for its latest incursions in the West Philippine Sea.
Wala pong pupuwedeng gumaya sa kanya,” Roque said during his Tuesday briefing.
Duterte has been known for his foul mouth, which has targeted the likes of former US President Barack Obama and even Pope Francis, leader of the Catholic Church. Locsin was supposedly forced to apologize to the Chinese embassy for his online meltdown.
Does the rule apply to all foreign officials, or only when it’s against Beijing?
