Alexander Acain negates Carpio’s warning on China loans
Atty. Alexander Acain is putting all of his faith to President Rodrigo Duterte and his cohorts. The abogado noted that the China loans and its relation to the Reed Bank are no longer up for debate.
No need to debate on this because I am sure the definition of the word patrimonial property is clearly defined in the Contract under Definition of Terms. This is now the law between the parties.https://t.co/V4LQRmUdBS @cnnphilippines

Acain noted that the definition of patrimonial property is already clearly defined in the contract. The abogado also added that this is already “Law between the two parties” therefore, the warnings are unnecessary.
In the referenced article, Associate Justice Antonio Carpio insisted that China can seize gas in the Reed Bank if we are unable to pay our loans to the country.
Ayun lang, let’s not sweep it under the rug!
