For less: MSU Law dean shares JICA scholars’ perks
Mindanao State University College of Law Dean Alizedney Ditucalan seems to have it all down to a dot. The abogado shared the perks he is receiving as the first Filipino long-term scholar of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
One of the many perks that I get to enjoy as the first Filipino long-term scholar of JICA is the privilege to buy books that I need to read for my dissertation. For this order alone, the books cost ¥238,082 at a discounted rate. pic.twitter.com/3c5W4hxd2V

Ditucalan noted that his book allowance from the organization helps him in many of his dissertations. The abogado said that he gets to read the books he needs with such ease and for a lesser amount of money.
During his recent purchase, he bought a total of 15 academic books that amount to 238,082 yen or roughly 111,577 pesos. However, he can get it at a more discounted price because of his JICA sponsorship.
Grabe, what is money!
